Terms of Payment

Quo Vadis accepts the following types of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal.

We do not accept payments by cash or cheque for online transactions.

The purchase price for each product ordered is the one that appears alongside that product on the website. Quo Vadis reserves the right to change the price of any product offered on the website at any time and without prior notice. The applicable price will be the price in effect at the time of payment. Price may differ from prices in stores.

Security code

The security code on your credit card is a unique number of 3 to 4 digits printed on the back of your card (MasterCard or Visa).

Gifts wrapping

Quo Vadis offers the possibility to have your purchases gift wrapped for a small additional fee of $1.99. Just put a checkmark in the appropriate box when you are ready to process the order.

Taxes

The applicable taxes will be calculated according to the province of the delivery address.

Delivery method

We do not offer on-site sales or pick-up, purchases must be made online only and delivered to an address in Canada.

Items will be shipped as soon as possible by Canada Post upon approval of your order and according to the delivery option you selected on the website.

As soon as we ship your parcel, you will be notified by email.

• The shipping address can be different from the billing address.
• Your order will be shipped to the address provided when you placed your order.
• We do not deliver outside Canada.

Free shipping

To benefit from free shipping, your order must come to a total of at least $75 before taxes.

Shipping fees

For purchases of $75 or less before taxes, shipping costs $8.40.

Delivery time

Delivery time is calculated from the time your order leaves the Quo Vadis warehouse (Monday to Friday). Delivery time may take up to 10 days, depending on the province of the shipping address.

Due to the annual inventory and the holidays, orders placed between December 15 and January 10, could be experiencing some delays in processing and shipping.

How to exchange or refund a product

If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you may return them for an exchange or refund. Before returning any merchandise, you must obtain areturn authorization number by contacting our customer service at: info@quo-vadis.ca or by telephone at 1 800 361-5546 We will inform you then as to the procedures to follow for the return of the merchandise.

Return and Refund Policy

• Exchange. We accept Quo Vadis product returns at any time up until the end of the 30th day after they have been received.

• When returning or exchanging a product due to an order error. A restocking fee of $3 for pocket diaries and $5 for large diaries will be deducted from the credit.

• Refund. We will issue a refund for any Quo Vadis products within 30 days of their delivery date. We do not issue refunds for samples.

• Supporting documentation. Returned items must be accompanied by their invoice and order number. Subject to the above, you do not need to provide Quo Vadis with any justification or pay any penalty.
• Return shipping costs. You must pay the cost of shipping and insuring returned items unless:
  • Quo Vadis did not ship the products you ordered
  • Quo Vadis delivered you defective products;In which case Quo Vadis will pay shipping and insurance costs.
• Credit. When your return arrives at Quo Vadis, we will refund the amount debited to your credit card account—less shipping costs—as soon as possible provided that the merchandise has been returned by you and received by Quo Vadis in accordance with the expiration date mentioned above for exchange or refund, and is in the same condition that it was at the time of delivery.

To add a product

On the catalogue page for a product you wish to purchase, enter the quantity desired in the box located to the right of the product name. Then click Add to Cart at the right of the product image. You can also change the quantity ordered when clicking on the “+” button to add one more unit of the product.

To remove a product

To remove a product, you must first open your shopping cart and then click on the Remove button located under the product you wish to remove.

Cancel an order

To cancel an order, you must obtain a merchandise return authorization number by communicating the customer service by email at:

Our customer service will inform you then as to the procedures to follow for cancelling your order or returning merchandise.
